| Customer Testimonials I am 41 year old female amateur triathlete/time trialist. I always enjoy a high calorific intake and throughout the competitive season find it relatively easy to keep my weight under control, due a high level of activity. However, there are a few periods throughout the year when my activity level falls but my intake doesn't (e.g. end of season, Christmas period etc), resulting in weight gain. It is at these times that I find Squeezy Diet Athletic Food to be a remarkable product. My ideal weight is approx 56kg. I am 167cm and am a size 8-10. Whenever I have gained a few kilos and need to lose them I take Squeezy for a couple of weeks. The weight loss is quite dramatic, resulting in the loss of 2-3kgs. However, it is not so much the resulting loss of weight that surprises me but the fat loss and retention of muscle. At first I thought it could just be fluid loss but the use of a tape measure before and after proved otherwise. Surprisingly, when using Squeezy, I don't experience any signs of hypoglycaemia during exercise at a relatively low heart rates (60-75% of maximum) but I do take a supplementary energy gel during periods of more strenuous exercise (75-95%). I find that the fastest way to lose weight with Squeezy, is to take it as my sole nutrition for three days at a time, followed by low glycaemic meals on the 4th day and repeating this cycle. Bernadette Henry There are many ways to lose weight. Everybody knows that diet and exercise are the key. However, the real problem is to lose fat without losing muscle, especially if you want to train for a certain goal and lose weight at the same time. Ultimately, carbohydrate management is the key, not carbohydrate elimination. That's where Squeezy Athletic kicks in. I trained for the London Marathon 2009 and by using Squeezy Athletic three days a week, managed to lose 4kg over a period of two months. Amazingly, I did not experience any hunger pangs whilst doing long runs on my "Squeezy" days, nor did I suffer a loss of performance. So, it worked well for me. I lost weight, which helped me finish the London Marathon in 3:50h; not too bad for a 47 year old man. Dr Hans Sauer | |
